Detention by the defendant of profits of coal mines, perquisites of court, and rents he had received for the plaintiff, from the lordship and rectory of St Bees, and of a yearly rent due to the bishop of Chester. referring to the sale of Loweswater, part of the said rectory, and the appointment of Mr Briskoe, master of the free school of St Bees, as curate of the church there, and his subsequent dismissal.
