Description

Ralph Colson v. Edward Rider. Alleged waste and spoil in Wall Wood. Whether the wood is parcel of the manor of Layton, and together with it had belonged to the dissolved abbey of Stratford Langthorne? Pannage in it enjoyed by the tenants of the said manor. Whether the keeper of Layton Walke in the forest of Waltham had acted as woodward of the said wood? Essex.
