Roger, earl of Rutland, v. Giles Allen. The right to certain ground enclosed by the plaintiff, and claimed by the defendant as parcel of the inner court of the late dissolved priory of Holywell. Stating that 25 or 26 years ago the defendant had let part of the said ground to James Burbage and John Braynes, who built a playing place called the Theatre upon it. Midd.
