Edward Harrison v. Thomas Speed, Richard Cayne, Nevill Cubbart and Anne, his wife, John Bromley, William Offley, William Harrison and John Done. The title to tenements and shops in the parish of All Saints Staining alias Allhallows, London. Whether they are distinct and separate from the parsonage house? Stating that they were built upon a parcel of waste ground enclosed by the churchwardens, and that the rents thereof were employed for the use of the poor and the repairs of the parish church. Claim made by the city to the said waste ground and to a rent for the said tenements. London.
