Edward Coke, attorney general, v. Richard Danvers, John Cawley, Edmund Maskelyne alias Maslyn and Thomas Parker. Fines received upon admissions in the manor of Wootton Bassett (late belonging to Sir Francis Englefeild), by the defendants, for Sir John Danvers and William Lord Chandos, queen's stewards. Referring to a judgment given in Hilary 39 Eliz., whereby Francis Englefeild recovered possession of the said manor from the queen. Wilts.
