The validity of an indenture whereby William Hodshon conveyed a messuage called Mannor Howse in Lanchester, and another called Cocksey House in Hedley Heape, to Roger Lawson and Robert Hildyard, by whom the last mentioned messuage was further assigned toCuthbert Tayler and Thomas Watson. Whether Hodshon had afterwards conveyed the reversion of the said messuage to John, his son? Durh.
