The dean and chapter of Christ Church, Oxford, v. William Comberford, Barton Palmer and Thomas Bankes. Claim of the plaintiffs to an annuity of ú29, issuing out of the manors of Wigginton and Comberford, and lands and tenements in Wigginton, Comberford, Hoppas alias Hopwas, Cotton and Tamworth. The defendant Comberford states that it was granted in 25 Hen VIII to Sir George Nevyll, kt, lord of Bergavenny, and also that though Comberford was formerly a manor he does not know if it is one now. Staffs.
