Description

William Foster v. Thomas Scudamore, queen's receiver of Yorkshire, William Cartwright and Henry Jenkins. A distress levied upon the cattle of the plaintiff, for the satisfaction of a bond for the repayment of money belonging to the queen, lent to him by Scudamore. Ejection of the plaintiff from a tenement or farmhold and a mill in Bushopp Munckton. Yorks.
