Henry Awdley v. Brian Chamberlein. Money due by John Pearce to the plaintiff, for the payment of which John Twyne entered into a bond with him to the plaintiff. Twyne having repaid most of the money, Pearce conveyed to him the farm called Whitchurch in Whitchurch and the stock thereon. Distress levied by the defendant on the stock for a debt of Pearce. Hants.
