Thomas Berrington, Thomas Purcell and William Paslewe v. Richard Caver, Thomas Corne and Edward Clun. The farm of Acton in the honor of Clunne, claimed by a lease alleged to have been granted by the queen to Rowland Vaughan, Edmund Abdey and Thomas Hungerford, and by them assigned to the plaintiffs Berrington and Purcell, and also by a conveyance alleged to have been made by the earl of Arundel to Edmund Plowden and Francis Plowden.
