Description

William Worthington alias Worlington v. Edward Hemminge. A tenement called the Posterne of the Tower of London leased to the defendant by the plaintiff, who held it as gentleman porter of the Tower. Lofts built over it and other improvements made by the defendant. Whether certain houses and stables adjoining the said tenement belong to it, and whether the defendant has induced the chamberlain of the city to claim them? London.
