James Asheton, clerk, v. Anthony Irby alias Irebie. A parcel of ground in Moulton. Whether it belongs to the queen, in right of her manor of Spalding, parcel of the possessions of the dissolved monastery of Spalding, or to the defendant, as parcel of a manor which he had bought from the late earl of Sussex? Referring to a survey of the town of Moulton, and to an action at the common law brought by the defendant against the plaintiff, for the said ground. Lincs.
