Jane Shelley, widow, v. Edmund Barrett and Henry Bartlett. Contempt of an order of court by the plaintiff's servant, in felling wood in the manor of Patchinge, part of the jointure of the plaintiff. Denying that he had felled any in Bynsted. Sussex.
