Description

[Mr Justice Kingesmyll v. Samuel Aylmer alias Eylmer]. Contempt of certain of the under tenants of the manor of Kinthorpe alias Boothorpe, of an order of court directing them to pay their rents to Mr Justice Kingesmyll, to whose wife, Sarah Lady Hastinges, the queen had granted the said manor together with certain lands and tenements in Loughborowe, Dishlye and Shepshed, late the possessions of Henry, earl of Huntingdon. Leics.
