Richard Westmore and Thomas Westmore v. Miles Doddinge and Robert Doddinge. A messuage and tenement called Middleton. A lease thereof made by the abbot of Cockersand to Alexander Gardner, from whom it passed successively to Elizabeth, his widow, Giles Kendall, her second husband, Robert Dalton, and Thomas Westmore and Anne, his wife, sister of the said Kendall. Mentioning a lease of certain lands obtained from the queen by Isabel Westmore, upon the surrender of a prior lease from the said abbot. Lancs.
