Charles Yealverton v. Cuthbert Browne, William Gooday and John Kirkes. The right of mowing certain fens, also common of pasture upon certain lands belonging to the bishopric of Ely, in the parish of Haddenham, claimed by the inhabitants of Haddenham. Therepairs of banks erected round their commons against the overflowing of the river Ouse, and the maintenance of Earith Causeway. Cambs.
