Description

Thomas Stephenson v. John Breerey and others. The authenticity of a letter of attorney supposed to have been made by Arthur Brearley, now a prisoner at Argere in Barbary, to the defendant. Mentioning a rent of ú20 paid by James Halsey to Edward Harvy, for certain lands in London, which is to cease at the death of the said Arthur Breerley. London [& Yorks].
