Description

Richard Mawdesley v. Robert Hesketh. Right of way through a farm in Mawdesley, in the occupation of Richard Charles, to a portion of a close called Longshawe, late belonging to John Mawdesley, the plaintiff's father. Also right of the inhabitants of the town of Mawdesley to use the said way to go to Crofton Moss. Lancs.
