The queen at the relation of Michael Bluensonne v. William Savill. Alleged intrusion into the manor of Sapurton in the soke of Grantham. Denying that it had belonged to the late duke of Norfolk before his attainder. Mentioning Sir Richard Sopcotts, Robert Sopcotts, William Beriffe, Robert Barwell and George Barwell, as having been owners thereof before it was bought by the defendant. Lincs.
