Claim of Richard Wyborow as under tenant of the parsonage of Ickleton, to the tithes of lands, parcel of the demesnes of the dissolved priory of Ickleton, farmed by John Wood. Referring to a decree made 7 May 23 Eliz., in a suit concerning the tithes of the said demesnes between the dean and canons of Windsor "inheritors" of the said parsonage, Stephen Fullwell their lessee, and Henry Culton his under tenant, plaintiffs, against Edward Wood, farmer of the said demesnes, defendant.
