Mortgage by the latter and Thomas, his son, of lands and tenements in Stanystreete in Worsley, to William Gerrard and John Willard, as security for the repayment of the loan. Repayment thereof by the defendant to whom the said Gerrard conveyed his interest in the said lands and tenements. Lancs.
