Robert Peast v. Sybil [Hinde], late the wife of John Hutton, deceased, Robert Snagg and Richard Hewson. Right of the bishop of Ely and his farmers to liberty of fold course upon certain lands in the manor of Dry Drayton Coventree alias St Ann's Coventree, parcel of the possession of the said bishop, and now in the queen's hands, the said see being vacant. Right of pasture of the copyholders of the manor in the said lands. Demesne lands enclosed by the said John Hutton, and common ways and lanes stopped by him. Referring to a previous suit by the said Peast and one Seaman against the said Hutton concerning excessive fines demanded upon admissions to copyholds. Cambs.
