[Thomas Corne, Matthew Meyrick and others v. Morys Jones and others.] The validity of assignments made to various persons by Henry, late earl of Arundel, of lands and tenements in the lordship or honor of Clon. Stating that the estates so granted by him were confirmed at the time the lordship was sold to Sir Rowland Heyward, kt, and again when it passed from him to the duke of Norfolk. Giving a copy of a certificate signed by the said earl of Arundel and Sir Rowland Heyward, sent to Sir William Cicyll when the said lordship came to the queen's hands and the validity of the said estates was questioned.
