Description

William Androwes and Giles Tirrye v. Leonard Crosse, bailiff of the liberty of Wells. The release upon bond of Robert Eliott by the defendant, to whose custody he had been committed upon a latitat sued out by the plaintiffs, who had become bail for the said Eliott in an action brought against him in the Queen's Bench by Sarah Smyth. Som.
