The governors, assistants and Society of the Mineral and Battery Works v. Richard Hanbery. A contract entered into by the defendant with Doctor Caesar and Sir Richard Martyn on behalf of the plaintiffs, to supply "osmond" iron for making wire at their works at Tyntern. Monm.
