William Carre and others v. Sir George St Paule, kt, and Anthony Southill. Refusal of the defendants to pay the half of a tenth of ú5 2s 2d, reserved by Henry VIII upon the manor of Haugham and the parsonage impropriate of Haugham (now in the possession of the defendant St Paule), and the manors of Hibalstowe Newsteed, Hibalstowe Byron and Hibalstowe Veneris (now in the possession of the defendant Southill), and upon other manors and lands comprised in a certain grant made by him, and which the defendants had agreed to pay at the time of their purchase of the premises.
