An action in the Queen's Bench brought by Richard Atkyns against Reynold Nicholas, tenant to Henry Lord Cobham, concerning a parcel of ground called Monkleyes alias the Leyes, in the manor of Upton St Leonardes. Referring to a decree made in 37 Eliz., whereby possession of the said ground was given to William, late Lord Cobham and Lady Frances, his wife, plaintiffs in a suit in the Exchequer against the said Atkyns, defendant.
