Contempt by William Rathbone of an injunction, directing him to pay the rent and arrears of rent due for the tenement in Thurstaston, occupied by him and claimed by the said Grafton and John Gill under leases from the queen. The title to the demesne lands [of Thurstaston], late belonging to John Whitmore, a recusant, in dispute between the said Grafton and Gill. Ches.
