Description

Attorney general v. William Pleydall and others. Deeds, depositions, etc, in the possession of John Bridges, attorney, relating to the queen's title to lands in Shawe and Lydiard Mylisent. Referring to an action at the Salisbury assizes between the lessee of William Pleydall and the tenant of one Leeche, concerning lands in Shawe, and to an information in the Exchequer, on behalf of the queen, against Zachary Pleydall. Mentioning a grant by the queen, of lands in Shawe, to one Pystor and one Councell. The order for the examination of Bridges says that the action is to be tried at the next assizes in Wiltshire. Wilts.
