Anthony Palmer v. William Carr. Whether the said John Carr of Hetton, Northumb, had made a grant of the tithes of the said village of Eworth, in the parish of Chatton, to John Carr of Bomer, Northumb, and Lancelot Carr of Sleforde, Lincs, before that made by him to the said John Palmer? Stating that the said Fenwicke had also claimed the tithes under a lease from the queen. Northumb.
