Description

The governors, assistants and Society of the Mineral and Battery Works v. Richard Hanberie. A lease of wire works at Tintarne made by the plaintiffs to Sir Richard Martin and Humphrey Michell, and by them assigned to the defendant. "Osmond" iron manufactured by the defendant for use in the said works. Referring to two previous suits against the defendant - one by the same plaintiffs, and another by Cornelius Avenon. Monm.
