George Gippes v. William and Agnes Cowldwell and others. Certain lands alleged by the defendants to belong to the manor of Cockermouth, and by the plaintiff to belong to the queen's manor of Barking. Mentioning William Meggs as the present lord of the manor of Cockermouth, and Sir Anthony Browne, kt, sometime chief justice of the Common Pleas, and William Nutbrown as former lords. Giving the names of most of the freeholders and copyholders of that manor. Essex.
