Edward Blowfeild v. Silvester Baldwyn. Lands in Flytwick held from the queen's manor of Ampthill. Grant of a lease thereof by the queen to William Phipps, by whom it was assigned to William Fish, who afterwards took a new lease thereof from the Exchequer; from him it passed successively to Robert Hewett, Richard Pearse, and the plaintiff. Beds.
