Alleged contempt by John Morgan Wolfe of an injunction issued in Jul 35 Eliz., directing him to remove from tenements called Place Wilkock and Fowlers Tenement, a messuage and lands called Tybrith, and a certain fulling mill and lands belonging thereto, specified in an information exhibited against him by Thomas Egerton, then attorney general, and to deliver possession of the same to Richard Broughton, the queen's farmer thereof.
