Contempt by the defendants of a decree made in a suit between the said Vernon, plaintiff, and Richard Herbert, now deceased, the said John ap Edward ap Rees and others, defendants, whereby possession of the said parsonage was given to Vernon, who claimed it under a lease to Ralph Bowyer.
