An action for debt brought by John Ferne against William Roades. Whether a house in Southwark, at the south end of London Bridge, and the goods and chattels therein, (upon which distresses were levied for the recovery of the said debt), belong to the said Roades, and whether a conveyance thereof, made by him to his brothers Robert and Ralph, was made bona fide, or upon trust only, to defraud his creditors and the queen?
