Henry Warner v. Sir Henry North and Thomas Cabeck. The tithes of land called Mundes Field and Cotton Field in Myldenhall. Referring to a lease of the site of the manor or grange of Myldenhall, made by the abbot of Bury St Edmunds to Robert Clarke, from whom it descended to Robert, his son, and to another lease of the said site made by Sir Nicholas Bacon, kt, late lord keeper of the great seal, to William Pope; also mentioning one Tillit and one Fokes as farmers of the same site.
