Herbert, bishop of Hereford, v. John Scory and Silvan Scory. Collwall Park. Lease thereof made by John Scory, late bishop of Hereford, to Silvan Scory and Alice, his wife, and John Scory. Referring to surrenders of a lease of a moiety of the said park, made by the said bishop to Edward Langford, and of the estate in the said park of Edward Threlkelde and Margery, his wife, which they held under a lease made by bishop Foxe to John Bridges. Whether the dean and chapter of the cathedral church of Hereford is an exempt jurisdiction from the bishop of the see of Hereford? Heref.
