Sir Richard Dyer, kt, v. John Dolman, Thomas Andrewes and John Mabb, jun. Money lent by Philip Bassett, for the repayment of which John Mabb, sen, was surety. Whether a bond entered into by Bassett to Mabb was merely to save him the said Mabb, harmless from the payment of the said debt? Mentioning the manors of Cullam John, Torryngton, Cullompton, Colridge, Pounsford, Padbrooke, South Allyngton, and perhaps Sherydon, Devon, as belonging to Bassett, at the time he entered into the said bond. What other lands were held by him at that time in Buckingahmshire and Essex, or elsewhere? Devon, [Bucks, Essex, etc.]
