Sir Richard Dyer, kt, v. John Dolman, Thomas Androwes and John Mabbe, jun. A bond entered into by John Mabbe, now deceased, Stephen Mabbe and Robert Mabbe, for the payment of a certain sum of money to the defendant Androwes. A letter of attorney delivered by the defendant, John Mabbe, jun, to the said Dolman and Androwes. Indenture of sale of the manor of Skirrydon, Devon, dated 26 Apr 22 Eliz., made by Philip Bassett to Robert Furse; enrolment thereof in Chancery. Money paid by Dolman to Jane Fetherstone of Stoke Newington, Midd, by reason of a bond entered into by him and the said John Mabbe, sen. Devon [& Midd.]
