Description

The queen and Humphrey Addams v. Thomas Godfrey, jun, of Lydd. Money lent by the defendant to John Taylor of the parish of St Mary Somerset, London. Mortgage by the latter of the capital messuage or manor called the Court of Moore, and marshlands in the parishes of Ivychurch, Old Rumney and St Martin Pountney, the defendant to receive the rents of the said manor and lands as interest for the loan. Kent.
