Thomas Perry v. Walter Agarde, bailiff of the liberties of the dean and chapter of St Pauls, London, within Middlesex, Henry Holland, Edward Russell and Edward Gateward. Amercements assessed upon the inhabitants of Kentish Town, for neglecting to repair the queen's highways. The plaintiff asserts that a penny upon every acre is the rate which it is customary to pay in the said town for the maintenance and repair of highways, and that he had always paid it for the lands he holds upon lease from William Woodhall and Richard Perryn. Distress levied upon his oxen by the defendants. London & Midd.
