Doctor Mounte and the perpetual chaplains of the Savoy v. John Preston. A lease made in the second year of the queen's reign, by the master and perpetual chaplains of the Savoy, Midd, for 200 years, to one Richard Perwiche and Edward Cosen, of all the lands and possessions of Savoy Hospital lying within Yorkshire, Middlesex, Lancashire, Cumberland and Westmorland, reserving the old rents to the said hospital. Stating that the lease was made of confidence, and only for the good of the said hospital and not otherwise. Purchase of the lease by the defendant from John Ludcott. A decree of the Exchequer, made in 32 Eliz., for the surrender of the lease to the hospital. Yorks, Midd, Lancs, Cumb & Westm.
