Description

Robert Jones and John Nashe v. Samuel Sandes. Right of common of the tenants of the manor of Ombersley, in the waste grounds of the manor. Enclosure of land called Southfields by the defendant. What rabbit warrens are there in the manor? A new warren made by the defendant upon the waste and common grounds, to the injury of the tenants. Mentioning Mr Haward alias Haford and Mr Brace as former lords of the manor. Worcs.
