William Hubbock, clerk, v. Paul Swallowe, Thomas Denham, Thomas Roberts and others. Certain sums of money, fish and other duties pretended by the said plaintiff to be due to him in the right of his rectory within the Tower of London. Schedule made by oneof the auditors of the Exchequer, showing (1) what things were granted by charter made to the plaintiff's predecessors, which he now claims; (2) which of them have been answered; (3) which not; (4) the proofs when all such things which now are not paid, were last paid, and to whom. The references to grants are from Edward III to 36 Eliz. London.
