George Ferrers and Thomas Smyth v. Valentine Knightley and another. The parsonage of Newenham held by the plaintiffs upon lease from the queen. Grant of a lease thereof, in reversion, made by the queen to Nicholas Woode and Simon Greene, by whom it was conveyed to Richard Keteriche, and by him to the defendant Knightley. Conditions of the grant. Northants.
