Marmaduke Langdall v. Leonard Whyte. Alleged contempt by the defendant and Richard Dawson, Herbert Dawson, Robert Dawson, Seth Dawson, Arthur Dawson and John Hodgeson, of an injunction directing the defendant and others claiming under him by a lease formJohn Dawson, to remove from the possession of lands in Wansforthe and Skernynges (alleged by Richard Dawson to belong to the manor of Skerne), and to deliver the same to the plaintiff, who claimed them by a lease from the queen.
