Description

[Blank] v. Thomas Lancaster and John Lancaster. Certain grounds in Dacre Park. Contempt by the defendants of a decree touching certain hay bounds for the queen's tenants of Dacre, Sowlbie, Newbyggen and Staynton, and bracken bounds for the said tenants of Newbyggen and Staynton. Destruction of game and waste and spoil of timber trees in the said park. Cumb.
