Description

William Hubbock, clerk, v. Peter Debytt, Robert Carpenter and others. A yearly fee of 3s 4d, claimed by the plaintiff, to be due to the parish church of St Peter ad Vincula, in the Tower of London, from all fishermen upon the river Thames, being "trawlers" or "trinkers". Explaining the difference between "trawlers", "trinkers", "stalbotes" and "keddles". London.
