Thomas Layton, Anthony Stephenson, Henry Keldome alias Kildell, Philip Gregorie [and others] v. George Sayers. Messuages and lands in Cleisby. Grant of a lease thereof made by the queen to the plaintiffs Layton, Stephenson and Keldome and one Ralph Smyth. Mention is also made of a grant thereof [in reversion] to Francis Graye. The defendant bought the lease by which he claims the premises from John Dixon. Yorks.
